The Green Tree Country Club Estates Homeowner’s Association is comprised of 378 homes in the Green Tree Subdivision, located in the northern corner of Midland, TX. We take great pride in our community and feel that Green Tree is an excellent place to live.
The purpose of the Home Owners Association is to maintain the standards set by our Covenants and Restrictions in order to uphold the values of our homes and to enrich the experience of living in Green Tree. As homeowners, it is our responsibility to adhere to the HOA policies.
